Hello,
I would like to rent my room becasue I have moved to another city. It is a nice 11 square meter room in 9th floor of Sprollheim students dormitory in eastern part of Ulm http://www.sprollheim.de/. There is an elevator available which works very well.
The room has a very good heating and is furnished having bed,mattress,desk,chair,cloth closet, bookshelf, washing basin with mirror,etc.
The Kitchen is shared with other students which is a big and clean one. The toilet and bathroom are also shared. They are cleaned weekly by cleaning ladies. There are several facilities like billiard room, kickers, fitness room, party room,study room. There are bus stations nearby the dormitory and there is also a diret bus to University from the bus station. It is 3 to 4 bus stations away from the city center.
Please note that you need to pay the 300Euro as Kaution if you are International student which is refundable. Every student need to pay once 180 Euro as repair costs.
