My name is Anh. I am a Bachelor Degree student from Finland. I am currently spending my second semester in Ulm, Germany as an exchange student. I am supposed to stay in Ulm till the end September as an exchange student. However, I just received an internship offer in Berlin starting from 1.4.2013 that I am looking for a person who want to rent my room. The building locates in Heidenheimer Strasse 82, Ulm very close to Ulm city center. The building is only for student renting.
I live in 5th floor which I have my own room only sharing kitchen and bathroom with others in the same floor. There are equipped kitchen with all necessary stuffs for cooking, smoking is allowed in the balcony for each floor. The washing machine is in the first floor. The room is about 14 m2, furnished, in a very nice and quite, secured area. The monthly rent is 260 Euro included everything, you do not have to pay anything else more. There is a student bar in the first floor and also a fitness room for playing table tennis as well. The building has elevator, parking slots and is 8 minutes walk from the bus stop and very close to other big supermarkets.

The neighborhood is very quite, safe and friendly.
THe building is just 5 minutes walk to the bus stop, 3 bus stop to the big supermarket. 5 mins walk to the Pizza restaurant.
