Wir, Sven (33) und Anne (29) sind beide berufstätig und suchen zum 1. Juni einen neuen Mitbewohner/eine neue Mitbewohnerin für unsere 3er-WG.
Unsere Wohnung ist ein Altbau mit hohen Decken und Fenstern (recht neu). Das Zimmer ist ca. 22 qm groß, hat 2 Fenster, Laminatboden und kostet insgesamt 352 Euro. Es wird unmöbliert vermietet.
Wir teilen uns ein Bad mit seperaten WC und eine Wohnküche. Es gibt eine Spülmaschine, eine Waschmaschine und einen Trockner. An die Küche grenzt noch ein kleiner Abstellraum an.
Der Boden in Bad/WC, Küche und Abstellraum ist gefliest, im Rest der Wohnung haben wir Laminatboden.
Im Haus wohnen insgesamt fünf Parteien, fast alles WGs.
Das Haus liegt in der Ulmer Oststadt. In direkter Nähe ist ein kleiner Supermarkt und eine Bushaltestelle. Mit dem Auto ist man in fünf Minuten auf der Blaubeurer Straße, wo es nicht nur Ikea gibt, sondern auch Supermärkte, Tankstellen, Baumärkte und das Einkaufszentrum Blautal-Center.
In ca. 10 Minuten ist man zu Fuß in der Ulmer Innenstadt. Kneipen, Kinos etc. sind also in Laufweite. Auch die Donau und die Friedrichsau sind gut zu erreichen.
Für die Parkplätze gibt es einen Anwohnerparkausweis.
Vor dem Haus kann man gut sein Fahrrad abstellen.
Hinterm Haus befindet sich der Ulmer Ostbahnhof.
