I am looking for someone to take over my room from November 1, 2014 as I will be moving to another city to do my internship. The room is bright and receives excellent sunlight and air. It is fully furnished with more than enough storage space. The room also has a wash basin and a mirror above the wash basin.
The kitchen and the bathrooms are always kept clean by the floormates. The floormates are mostly students and quite friendly and helpful. The kitchen is quite big with a sofa, a dining table and a television. Separate cupboards and drawers are available in the kitchen for everyone. If you have extra stuff that can't fit in your drawer in the refridgerator, there is an extra refridgerator available to store your things. There are 2 freezers to store your frozen food items. All kinds utensils and cooking applainces required for cooking and dining are available for common use.
The dormitory also has a Monday bar on the ground floor where you can buy yourself a drink and get to know the others living in the dormitory. You can also use the common room during exams or for doing some work in the quiet.
The building is right next to the beautiful city park (Fridrichshau) and the Danube river is just ~5 mins of walk away from the dormitory.
REWE and Lidl are within 10 mins of walking. There is a Pizza restaurant (Pizza Bob) right outside, on the main street. Right next to the restaurant is a gas station which has a 24X7 store.
Bus (Line 4-Steinhövel Straße) and S-Bahn (Line 1-Donauhalle) are easily accessible within 5 minutes of walking.

Ich suche jemanden, vom 1. November 2014 bis über mein Zimmer nehmen, wie ich will bewegt werden, in eine andere Stadt, um mein Praktikum machen. Das Zimmer ist hell und erhält ausgezeichnete Sonnenlicht und Luft. Es ist voll mit mehr als genug Stauraum ausgestattet. Das Zimmer hat auch ein Waschbecken und ein Spiegel über dem Waschbecken.
Die Küche und die Badezimmer sind immer sauber durch die floormates gehalten. Die floormates sind meist Studenten und sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Küche ist richtig groß mit einem Sofa, einem Esstisch und einem Fernseher. Es gibt eigene Schubladen und Schränke in der Küche für alle. Wenn Sie zusätzliche Sachen, die nicht in der Schublade passen im Kühlschrank haben, gibt es eine extra Kühlschrank zur Verfügung, um Ihre Sachen zu speichern. Es gibt 2 Gefrierfächer, um Ihre Lebensmittel eingefroren zu Aufbewahrung. Alle Arten Utensilien und Kochgerät zum Kochen und Essen benötigt werden zur gemeinsamen Nutzung zur Verfügung.
Das Wohnheim hat auch eine Bar Montags im Erdgeschoss, wo man sich ein Getränk kaufen und erhalten, die anderen leben im Wohnheim kennen. Sie können auch den Gemeinschaftsraum während der Prüfungen oder für etwas Arbeit in der ruhigen verwenden.
Das Gebäude befindet sich direkt neben dem schönen Stadtpark (Fridrichshau) und die Donau ist nur ~5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt von der Wohnheim.
REWE und Lidl sind innerhalb von 10 Minuten zu Fuß. Es gibt ein Restaurant (Pizza Bob) direkt vor der Tor an der Hauptstraße. Direkt neben dem Restaurant ist eine Tankstelle, die eine 24X7 Laden hat.
Bus (Linie 4-Steinhövel Straße) und S-Bahn (Linie 1-Donauhalle) sind innerhalb von 5 Minuten zu Fuß leicht zu erreichen.
