Die Wohnung ist in einem Altbau in der Oststadt.
Möbel wie Bett, Schrank, Sofa, Regal Tisch usw. lasse ich alles da.
Das Zimmer hat einen schönen geölten Dielenboden.
Die Wohnung ist perfekt für ein WG-Leben, wir haben ein gemütliches Wohnzimmer, eine nette kleine Küche und Bad/WC sind getrennt.
Einen Dachboden sowie Kellerraum für Fahrräder gibts auch
Die WG ist in der Oststadt (nähe Willy-Brandt-Platz)
Gehzeit zum Münster und zum Bahnhof sind ca. 15 Minuten.
Bushaltestelle ist in 5 Minuten zu erreichen.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Rewe, Bäcker, Metzger) gibt es auch gleich ums Eck.
Einen Parkplatz gibts über Anwohnerparken.
Wir sind eine nette, aufgeschlossene WG und unternehmen auch gerne mal was zusammen.
Wer also Gesellschaft mag ist bei uns genau richtig. Falls man aber mal seine Ruhe will ist das auch kein Problem.
Bisher waren wir 2 Studenten und 2 Berufstätige.
Falls ihr interesse habt am Besten Abends ab 17 Uhr telefonisch oder aber per Mail.
Ich biete das Zimmer zur Zwischenmiete an da ich eine Zeit lang verreise.
Da ich noch nicht weiß wie es danach weiter geht besteht auch die Option auf unbefristet :-)
