The WG zimmer is on the 3rd floor. There is also a lift facility available. It's a student apartment. Hochschule Ulm is 10 mins walk from this place. A common washing machine and dryer available which could be used by paying 0.50 Eur/45min. A painting charge of 90 Eur is extra. In the kitchen, there is a separate locker allocated for all the persons living in the WG. A refrigerator and a deep freezer are also available. A wash basin is present in the room. One could reach the bus stop in 2 minutes and the closest Supermarket (REWE) is at Willy Brandt Platz which could be reached in 6 minutes by bus. The rooms are furnished with a writing table, a chair, a table and a bed with mattress. There is also a small store and a gas station just across the road.
