Die Wohnung liegt direkt gegenüber vom Ulmer Stadion. Dort ist eine Strassenbahn- und Bushaltestelle.
Vor 2 Jahren wurde die Wohnung im IndustirellStyle kernsaniert. Z.Zt. wohnen dort mein 18 jähriger Sohn und ein Student (23 Jahre) Beide sind sehr unkompliziert. Direkt neben uns ist ein REWE, Schumacher, Reinigung, Schneiderei. Zu Fuß zur Stadtmitte sind es 10 Minuten.
Im Hof gibt es keine Parkmöglichkeit aber in der näheren Umgebung.
