Ich suche nach einem Nachmieter für das vollmöbilierte Zimmer. Mein Vertrag endet im September. Wenn Sie ein Student sind, können Sie danach den Vertrag verlängern.
Das Zimmer ist ca. 14 qm groß. Das Zimmer ist bereits möbliert (Bett, Matratze, Schreibtisch, Stuhl, Schränke) . Das Zimmer hat ein Waschbecken mit Spiegelschrank. Das Zimmer besitzt Internet-, Telefon-, und TV-Anschluss. Die Gemeinschaftsräume auf dem Stock sind Küche, Toiletten und Duschen. Im Keller gibt es noch für alle im Wohnheim eine Bar, Waschmaschinen und ein Klavier Raum. Zusätzlich gibt es 2 gemeinsame Räume (1 größerer und 1 kleinerer), welche man für Feiern, Treffen, Kinobenutzen darf.

The room is about 14 square meters in size. The room is already furnished (bed, mattress, Chair, Table/Desk, cupboards). The room also has a wash basin with mirror cabinet. The room has internet, telephone and TV connection. The common areas on the floor are kitchen, toilets and showers. In the basement there is a bar, washing machines and a piano room for everyone in the dormitory. Additionally there are two common rooms(1 big, 1 small), which people can use for party, meeting or even cinema.

Das Zimmer befindet sich 3 Minute entfernt von der nächsten Bushaltestelle. Gegenüber dem Wohnheim ist eine Tankstelle mit Bäckerei und Pizzeria. 10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt findet man einen großen Lidl und auch einen großen Rewe. Innerhalb von zehn Minuten(Bus Nummer 4) können Sie das Stadtzentrum(Rathaus, Münsterplatz) erreichen. Und auch 10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt befindet sich die Technische Hochschule Ulm. Mit dem Bus Nummer 15 kann man die Uni Ulm in 20 Minuten erreichen.

The room is located 3 minutes away from the bus stop. There is a 24h supermarket in a gas station on the opposite side of the street. With a 10 minutes walk you will find a big Lidl and also a big Rewe. Within ten minutes you can reach the city center. And also 10 minutes away is the Technical University of Ulm (Technische Hochschule Ulm). With the bus number 15, you can get to the University of Ulm in 20 minutes.
Die Mitbewohner sind sehr sehr freundlich. Unsere WG besteht aus Studenten, Psychologin, Mitarbeitern aus der Windenergie usw. Das WG-Leben kann je nach Lust und Laune gestaltet werden. Wer Lust gemeinsam zu kochen hat, kann gerne kochen und wer gerade lieber lernen möchtet, kann einfach seine Tür zu machen und ungestört lernen. An den Wochenenden verbrachten wir gewöhnlich Zeit miteinander (Grillen, Kochen, Backen, Trinken, Unterhalten). Ich habe auch spezielle Kuchen backen gelernt . In der Küche stehen verschiedene Back- und Kochutensilien zur Verfügung. Es gibt auch genügend Töpfe und Teller in der Küche. Manchmal kommen auch andere aus anderen Stockwerken und macht mit.

The flatmates are very very friendly. Our WG consists of students, a psychologist, wind energy personnel etc. The life in a shared flat can be arranged according to your mood and wishes. If you feel like cooking together, you are welcome to cook, and if you prefer to learn, you can simply close your door and learn undisturbed. On weekends we usually spent time together (barbecue, cooking, baking, drinking, talking). I also learned to bake special cakes from them. In the kitchen there are various baking and cooking utensils available. There are also enough pots and plates in the kitchen. Sometimes others come from other floors and join in.

Auch 6 Minuten entfernt kann man den Park erreichen, wo man spazieren oder jogen gehen kann. Da, in der Nähe von dem Park befindet sich auch eine Straßenbahn, womit man die ganze Stadt erreichen kann.
Vom Nachbarn hört man nichts, und man kann auch Musik an machen, ohne jemanden zu stören.
