Das Zimmer 505 befindet sich in fünften Stock. Eine große Küche, Duschen und Toiletten sind gemeinsam zu nutzen. Das Zimmer ist ungefähr 15qm groß. Die Kommode und die Schränke sind genug groß, damit man fast viel lagern kann.(hatte kein Problem Winterklamotten für einige Monate zu lagern)
Room 505 is on the fifth floor. A large kitchen, showers and toilets are to be shared. The room is about 15 square meters. The chest of drawers and the wardrobe are big enough to be able to store almost anything (no problem storing winter clothes for a few months)
Mit dem Bus Linie 4 ist man innerhalb 10min in Stadtmitte. Die Haltestelle ist 2min entfernt. Ein Rewe und ein Lidl liegen in Nahe. In halben Stunden kann man einkaufen gehen und zurück... Stadtpark ist auch 10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Hans-Lebrecht-Schule und Technische Hochschule Ulm sind 7 und 13 Minuten fern. Studenten-Cafe und Ost Bahnhof sind auch zu Fuß erreichbar.
With the bus line 4 you are within 10 minutes in the city center. The stop is 2 minutes away. A Rewe and a Lidl are nearby. In half an hour you can go shopping and back ... City park is also 10 minutes away on foot. The Hans Lebrecht School and Ulm University of Technology are 7 and 13 minutes away. Student cafe and Ost train station are also within walking distance.
Die Mitbewohner sind relativ leise und ruhig. Die einzige zu beachten ist Sauberkeit der Küche, die wöchentlich von der Putzkräfte gereinigt wird und in Laufe der Woche muss von Mitbewohner in Ordnung bleiben. Waschmaschinen liegen in Keller in jeden Waschgang 50 Cent kostet.
The roommates are relatively quiet and calm. The only thing to consider is the cleanliness of the kitchen, which get cleaned weekly by the cleaning staff and during the week, flatmates have to keep it in order. Washing machines are in the basement and each wash cycle costs 50 cents.
Mein Vertrag läuft bis Ende September und danach kann aufwand Frei verlängert werden. Das habe ich auch selber gemacht und das Zimmer von Vormieter, der noch einen Monat Vertrag hatte, übernommen und beim Ausziehen suche ich nach nächsten Nachmieter. Lieber an mich in WhatsApp schreiben. Eure Fragen kann ich gerne antworten und wenn gewünscht Besichtigungstermin vereinbaren.
