The offered room is 12 square meters in size and northeast facing(front side). It is on the 3rd floor in a nine-floors building, accessible by stairs and elevator. Amenities in the room include an adjustable office chair, a fixed long table, a movable small table, bed with mattress, cupboard, a washbasin with mirror and cabinet, window with blinds.
Floor residents share a kitchen, two toilets & baths and an additional small room for drying clothes. Kitchen is equiped with 4+2 Hot plate stoves. Each resident is also provided with storage space in cupboard, refridgerator and deep freezer.
Also available are pay-n-use washing and drying machine facility in the basement of the building. Free bicycle and car parking space is provided in front of the building.
The apartment (Bischof Sproll Haus) is very close to the city centre (2.5 km). It is reachable by both bus and tram from Ulm Hbf with below connections:

Nearest supermarkets are Rewe and Lidl (850m).
Cleaning of common facilities including kitchen, corridor, toilet and shower is taken care by a cleaning service every week. Besides this residents rotate weekly floor duties to clear the waste bags to the waste containers located in a dedicated area outside the apartment.
Residents can spend their free time in Friedrichsau park (15 min by walk) along the Donau river.
Power and LAN sockets are provided in the room. It is further recommended to arrange your own LAN cable alongwith power extention board and WiFi router.
Own room contract and extention of stay beyond september is also possible.
Deposit of 450€ is required.
