I am looking for a flatmate for my two rooms shared apartment. The room has it's own terrace and very good for garden lovers. The room is a very bright with one side is complete glass window. Window can be covered by automated electric curtains. This is very good for students or office workers as it os very quiet. The room is in ground floor and supermarkets are very close by.
The apartment has everything your heart desires: microwave, fridge, dishwasher, bathroom with shower, and washing machine in the bathroom.
We also have our own basement room.
The location is very central with nearest bus and tram station are 2 minutes of waling distance. Two REWE and LIDL are 5 minutes of walking distance. You can reach to theater by tram line 1 that is three stops away.
You can also reach to Danube or Friedrichsau park that is 5 minutes of walking distance.
The flat will be shared by you and me only. I am Junaid, 31 years old male an IT person and Justin a master student at Ulm University will move out to Berlin. I cook very often. I also love workout, cycling and travelling.
