Bei uns wird ein Zimmer frei, da mich die Familienplanung aus der WG zieht. Der / die Neue sollte gut gelaunt, lustig, ordentlich sein und gerne mit Leuten zusammen wohnen. Bevorzugt soll wieder ein Mann sein, aber das ist kein Muss. Einfach mal melden. Das Zimmer ist von der Hauptstraße abgewandt und somit sehr ruhig und im Sommer angenehm kühl.
Since I'm leaving from my apartment, we are looking for a new roommate who can take my place. We are looking for someone who is funny, clean and likes living with other people. Men and workers would be preferable, but it's not a must. Please don't hesitate to contact me if you have questions.
Die Lage ist sehr zentral und somit für viele sehr gut geeignet. Zum Ehinger Tor sind es 200 Meter. Eine Straßenbahnhaltestelle ist gleich vorm Haus, genauso wie ein Lidl, Apotheken, Banken usw. außerdem ist der Blaupark 5 Minuten weg
The location is very good. The closest tram stop is Söflingen, just in front of the building's door. The Ehinger Tor bus station is also very close to the flat (5 min max by foot). By walk, die Stadt can be reached in 20 minutes. Lidl, Bäkerei, Apotheke are also very close
Insgesamt sind wir eine eher ruhige WG, da jeder sehr unterschiedliche Tagesabläufe hat, auch wenn wir eigentlich gesellig sind. Wer beisammen sitzen will, kann das in der großen Wohnküche. Wer seine Ruhe möchte bekommt diese aber ebenfalls.
Please contact me if you want to arrange a meeting in order to have a look at the room. Appointments are welcome on evenings. Unfortunately I only speak English (and Italian), so if you want to speak German probably you should contact Esther, Lukas or Florian.

The room is officially available from the first of July , but maybe can be possible to get in a couple of week before, or a month before (Unfortunately I don't know yet) .
