Wir suchen neue WG-Mitbewohner für dieses wunderschöne Doppel-Zimmer mit Balkon. Es handelt sich um zwei Zimmer, die durch eine Tür miteinander verbunden sind und so einen separaten Bereich in der WG bilden. Daher würden sie sich auch für ein Paar eignen (so wie bisher dort auch ein Paar gewohnt hat). Die Zimmer haben sehr große Fenster und liegen auf der Südseite, auch im Winter sind sie also sonnendurchflutet! Absolutes Highlight ist der große Balkon, der nur von den beiden Zimmer aus zu erreichen ist und Platz für lange Sommerabende bietet.
We are looking for a new WG-mate for this beautiful double-room with balcony. They are two rooms conneted with a door, so it is a separate space within the WG. Because of that the rooms would also fit for a couple (previously also a couple lived there). The rooms have very big windows and located on the south side of the building. The highlight is the big balcony, which is only accesible from these rooms and which gives space for long summer evenings.
Die WG liegt in der Weststadt: ideal durch die Nähe zum Bahnhof und gleichzeitig ruhig am Rande des Blauparks. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Kaufland, Aldi, Ikea) sind in 5 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Uni ist per Fahrrad oder Straßenbahn ebenfalls in Kürze erreichbar.
The WG is located in the "Weststadt": very close to the central train station, but still quiet and next to the "Blaupark". Shopping possibilities are in 5 minutes walking distance (Kaufland, Aldi, Ikea).City center is not even 10 minutes by bike. Uni can be reached by bus or tram in short time.
Wir sind eine bunte WG-Mischung aus Berufstätigen und Fachabiturient, Frauen und Männern und internationalem Flair. Wir sind offen für gemeinsame Kochaktionen und gemeinsames Essen im Wohnzimmer oder Balkon. Gleichzeitig hat bei uns auch jeder Zeit für sich und findet Ruhe im eigenen Zimmer.
We are a colourful WG-mixture of working people and student, women and men, and international flair. We are open for cooking together and eating in the living room or on the balcony. At the same time everybody has the freedom to spend time alone and relax.
Die Wohnung ist mit 130 qm sehr groß. Der Essbereich und die Küche sind mit einer Durchreiche verbunden und bieten genug Platz für gemeinsames Essen und Spieleabende. Es gibt auch ein Klavier - Musiker sind sehr willkommen! :) Wir haben ein Badezimmer mit Badewanne sowie ein separates WC. Es gibt ein eigenes Kellerabteil, einen Wäschekeller mit Waschmaschine und einen Fahrradkeller. Seit neuestem haben wir auch vor dem Haus einen Fahrradunterstand, damit dein Drahtesel im trockenen steht :)
The flat is with 130 m² rather big. A living space and kitchen are connected and have enough room for nice meals and game nights. There is also a piano in the living area, and artists are very welcome. :) We have a bathroom with a bath tub. There is also a separate toilet. There is a room in the cellar for storage, a washing-room with washing machine and a room for bikes. Recently we also have a bike shelter behind the house so that your bicycle stays safe and sound :)
We are looking forward meeting you in person and to get to know you. However, we are open to virtually or in person house viewing. Internationals are warmly welcome!
