HeyHo liebe potentielle Nachmieterinnen,
ich muss leider die WG verlassen, da ich aus Ulm wegziehe.
Dein Zimmer hat 18m² und liegt auf der Gartenseite, ist also sehr ruhig. Außerdem gibt es noch ein Bad mit Badwanne und Fenster. Eine gute Küche mit Platz für einen Esstisch sowie Kühlschrank und Waschmaschine sind vorhanden.
Deine Mitbewohner Micha und Fabi sind zwei nette Studenten. Deshalb würde es sich anbieten, wenn du auch studieren würdest.
Die WG hat eine ziemlich geniale Lage mit Straßenbahn direkt vor der Tür sowie Aldi, Netto, Bäcker und Döner direkt um die Ecke.
Wenn du Interesses hast, dann melde dich doch bei mir. Besichtigungstermin wäre nächste Woche Mi und Do Abend (12./13. Oktober).
