ich biete mein WG-Zimmer ab frühstens dem 5.3.2014 an, da ich mein Studium beendet habe und kurzfristig ein Job-Angebot bekommen habe.
Im Haus gibt es drei WG's mit gutem Kontakt untereinander.
Die Wohnung ist komplett eingerichtet.
Falls du die Wohnung besichtigen möchtest, schreib mir eine E-Mail (am besten mit Handy-Nr.), ich werde dir dann schnellstmöglich antworten damit wir einen (kurzfristigen) Besichtigungstermin etc. vereinbaren können. Für Fragen stehe ich vorher per E-Mail zur Verfügung.
Im Sommer wird viel gegrillt, oder mal im Garten gefrühstückt (wenn man möchte). Generell ist das Haus (und die WG) sehr studentisch und der Umgang unkompliziert. Die Heizung ist eine Ölheizung, die man selbst bedienen muss. Man kann hier selbst entscheiden, wieviel man heizen möchte. Die Lage ist sehr gut, da es Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe gibt (Lidl und Netto, ca. 5 min zu Fuß) und eine gute Anbindung an die Straßenbahn (ca. 2 min zu Fuß).

- Die Lage ist recht Zentral, 5 Minuten zum Ehinger-Tor zu Fuß, 2 min zur Straßenbahnhaltestelle Blücherstraße.
- In 5 Minuten ist man zu Fuß bei LiDL
- In 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreicht man den Blau-Park
Meine Mitbewohner machen ihr Abitur nach bzw. arbeiten. Das WG-Leben ist mal mehr, mal weniger intensiv, je nach Zeit/Lust.
