Dein Zimmer hat 14,8m² mit den hohen Decken einer typischen sanierten Altbau-Wohnung, die 94 m² groß ist. Es gibt mehrere Steckdosen in jedem Eck des Zimmers und ein großes Fenster zur Westseite, das dir täglich einen schönen Sonnenuntergang beschert. Da es sich um eine Zwischenmiete handelt, ist das Zimmer bereits vollständig mit Möbeln ausgestattet. Ansonsten hat die Wohnung ein großes Wohnzimmer (21m²) mit gemütlicher Einrichtung und diversen Unterhaltungsgeräten wie Fernseher und Xbox. Die Küche ist auch ziemlich groß und ebenfalls komplett eingerichtet von eingebauten Küchengeräten wie Spülmaschine, Herd etc. und einem Esstisch. Das Bad ist ein weiterer sehr schöner Gemeinschaftsraum mit allem was man braucht wie du auf den Bildern sehen kannst.
Your room has a size of 14,8m² with a pretty high top. The flat has a size of 94m². There are multiple plug sockets at every corner and a window to the west side that shows you a beautiful sunset every day. The room is already completely furnished. Furthermore the flat has very big and comfortable living room (21m²) with some entertainment gadgets like a TV and Xbox. The kitchen is pretty big and completely furnished too with gadgets like a dishwasher, heater for cooking and a dining table. The bathroom is shared too with everything, which is needed too as you can see on the pictures.
Die Wohnung liegt in der Weststadt. Zu Fuß brauchst du zum Ehinger Tor, das quasi den Knotenpunkt der öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel darstellt, gerade mal 15 Minuten. Ansonsten kannst du auch nach 5 Minuten zu Fuß den Bus nehmen und bist dann in 7Minuten da. Zur Universität Ulm brauchst du somit nur 20 Minuten und zur Innenstadt 10-15 Minuten. Zum Einkaufen hast du es auch nicht weit. Entweder den Berg hoch zum REWE, der nach ca. 300 Meter auftaucht oder nach ca. 500 Metern zum Lidl.
Falls du ein Auto oder ähnliches besitzt, kannst du dich hier über sehr gute Parkmöglichkeiten direkt vor
und um dem Haus freuen.
The flat is located in the westside of Ulm. You can walk to the Ehinger Tor in 15 minutes, which is the hotspot of the public infrastructure or you take the bus and be there after 7 minutes. So you need ca. 20 minutes to the university and 10 or 15 to the city centre. Supermarkets aren’t far away too. Just 500 or 300 meters up or down and there will be a Lidl (cheaper) or REWE. If you got any car or some other vehicle, you will be glad about the parking situation in front of the house ;)
Das WG-Leben ist ziemlich entspannt. Ich selbst werde nicht da sein, da ich ein Austauschsemester im Rahmen meines Studiums mache. Jona und Alex, deine Mitbewohner, sind 22-23 und berufstätig.
D.h. in der Regel sind sie tagsüber beim arbeiten, aber abends solltest du immer jemanden im Wohnzimmer finden mit dem du gemeinsam den Tag ausklingen lassen kannst. Ansonsten machen wir auch öfters gemeinsam Sport, Kochen oder was sich bei schönem Wetter sonst so anbietet. Wenn du dich aber gerne öfters mehr zurückziehen möchtest, ist das auch völlig in Ordnung.
As I will go to Finland for an exchange semester, I won’t be there during this time. My roommates Alex und Jona are 22 and 23 and already working. That means they won’t be there until evening, but this depends on their changing working times. Usually you should always meet somebody to chill with if you want to at evening. Besides hanging out we often do some sports or cook together. But when you want to be for you own, that’s totally fine too.
In der Miete ist alles drin. Von Strom, Wasser, … bis zum Internet. Sollte ich sonst irgendetwas vergessen haben, einfach fragen.
