We are living in a large apartment and we are looking for a flatmate, a student or working professional who will fit well in the WG
- Apartment:
Our 135m2 apartment (maisonette wohnung) has 2 floors (ground floor & basement) connected with an indoor spiral staircase. The top floor contains the entrance to the apartment and a lobby / dining area, 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 kitchen and 1 storage room. The bottom floor contains another room (gym / games) and a large 30m2 living room with a working fireplace (Kamin). The apartment is fully furnished from with all the necessary fittings in the kitchen, bathroom and living room. The lobby space (top floor) is used as a common / dining room. Finally, the large living room in the bottom floor can be used as a chillout space or party room when necesary. It contains comfortable couches to sit and lie on, ambient lights, fireplace and a cool bar!
- Facilities:
There is a bathtub and a washing machine in the bathroom, and refrigerator, baking oven, microwave oven, and a dishwasher in the kitchen! WIFI internet, boombox soundsystem, television in the living room fixed with an Chromecast, Netflix Subscription, Youtube for media and music.
- Room:
The 23m2 room has a window facing the street and will be furnished with a large bed, sofa, wardrobe, chair and table.
- Location:
The apartment is perfectly located at a 1 minute walking distance from the the SBahn tram stop (Theodore Heuss Platz). With 2 minutes walking distance is Netto grocery store (Einkaufen), a gas station (Tankstelle), Swimming pool (Westbad) and a Pizza place, Kebab place and restaurants. Lidl, Rewe, and a football field are also nearby (5min walking distance). Ehinger Tor can be reached by SBahn within 4 minutes (10mins walking), and Ulm Hbf within 7 minutes using the SBahn. There is a general Doctor's practice right next door (inside the house) The house is quite centrally located in Ulm.
- Flatmates & WG life:
One of the flatmates is Cem, 27, Masters Student. We know that great flatmates come in all shapes and sizes, so we are not specifying anything particular, only that you are between 18-30!
