The cost of 250 Euro has already included the basic rent, water, electricity, internet, trash and GEZ fees. The room has 9 square meters. A closet and a nightstand from the landlord are already in the room. There is the option to buy the bed frame from the girl who is moving out. You have a big window facing the east and an electric heater in the room.
The truth is that rent is cheap for what it is and the neighbors are friendly. The bathroom was just renovated last year. The apartment is furnished and also has a washing machine in the basement.
We have a big kitchen including a large table with a bench and chairs.
The apartment is located in an apartment building on the top floor. Two bus stops (Jungingerstrasse (Bus 49) and Industriestrasse (Bus 13)) and an Edeka are just two minutes away. A bakery, an Italian restaurant and a pharmacy can be reached in 5 minutes by foot. The university is 8 minutes away by bus.
I'm Yusha, doing Ph.D. at Ulm university currently. I love cleanliness and don't smoke. I’m outgoing and and easygoing. I like to get close to nature, take photos and enjoy the good weather with my friends. About sports, usually I will jog or do yoga in the room. I also can play badminton, ping pong and a little bit tennis. Besides, I like cooking and baking. I enjoy the together events with my flatmates: cooking, movie, game night, hiking and etc. ;) I think different culture and habits always bring about much fun.
There is another girl living in the apartment, Runliu. She is doing her Ph.D. as well. She is easy to get along with and quiet all the time. She's a laid-back person.
