Hey zusammen! Bereit für ein WG-Abenteuer? Unsere liebe Charly zieht aus und hinterlässt einen freien Platz in unserem fantastischen 4er-WG.
Stell dir vor: Ein gemütliches 13m2-Versteck auf der ruhigeren Seite der Wohnung, perfekt zum Entspannen und dein Ding machen. Es ist im Grunde eine leere Leinwand, die auf deine persönliche Note wartet – also her mit der Inneneinrichtungsmagie! Und vergessen wir nicht das süße Nachmittagslicht. Das Bett mit Matratze und das schwarze Regalbrett mit angebrachen Spots können übernommen werden.
Es gibt neben einem riesigen Wohnzimmer (mit quasi Wintergarten und Münsterblick), zwei Badezimmern und einem Gäste-WC, Balkon und Kellerabteil auch einen gemeinsamen Garten für das ganze Haus, wo du dein Fahrrad unter kleinen Pavillon abstellen kannst. Aber am Besten kommst du einfach vorbei und schaust es dir selbst an :)

Hey there! Ready for a flatmate adventure? Our beloved Charly is moving out, leaving a spot open in our fab 4-people WG.
Imagine this: a cozy 13m2 hideout on the quieter side of the flat, perfect for chilling out and doing your thing. It's basically a blank canvas waiting for your personal touch – so bring on the interior design magic! And let's not forget the sweet afternoon sunlight. You may keep the bed and mattress as well as the floating shelf with adhered light spots.
In addition to a huge living room (with an almost Wintergarden and a view of Münster), two bathrooms, and a guest toilet, balcony, and cellar compartment, there is also a shared garden for the whole house where you can park your bike under a small pavilion. But it's best if you just come by and see it for yourself :)

Die Lage der WG könnte wirklich nicht besser sein! Direkt an der Fahrradstraße zur Friedrichsau und keine 2min zu Fuß zur Haltestelle Stadtwerke (Linie 2 zur Uni, wo man dann in insgesamt 10min ist) oder Haltestelle Theater (Linie 1). Den Hbf erreicht man in ca. 10 min zu Fuß, genauso wie das Ulmer Münster und ist daher fußläufig super schnell an allen wichtigen Orten. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, mehrere Bächereien, 2 Apotheken und alles andere was das Herz begehrt sind dementsprechend auch nich weit entfernt.

The location of the flatshare couldn't be better! Directly on the bicycle street to Friedrichsau and less than 2 minutes walk to the Stadtwerke stop (line 2 to the university, where you can then reach in a total of 10 minutes) or Theater stop (line 1). The main train station can be reached in about 10 minutes on foot, as well as the Ulmer Münster, so you can quickly reach all the important places on foot. Shopping facilities, several bakeries, 2 pharmacies, and everything else your heart desires are also not far away from here.

Da wäre zum einen Charly (25), die grade ihren Master in Psychologie abgeschlossen und Anfang Juni ihre Ausbildung zur Therapeutin begonnen hat. Sie ist eine begeisterte Bäckerin, malt und bastelt gerne und geht gern zum Yoga oder Joggen.
Asli (29) ist die WG-Mama und versorgt uns leibevoll mit Essern; wenn man nix da hat oder sie mal wieder einfah nur eine sher große Portion zubereitet hat. Sie arbeitet im Homeoffice und ist daher für einen gemeinsamen Kaffee fast immer zu haben.
Mehdi (35) arbeitet ebenfalls im Homeoffice, wenn er nicht gerade als DJ unterwegs ist. Er liebt und lebt Musik und wir gehen als WG super gerne zu seinen Veranstaltungen, um gemeinsam etwas anzudancen.
Wir alle drei sind echt liebe und angenehme Menschen, sodass das WG Leben unkompliziert und entspannt ist und gemeinsame Spiel- oder Filmabende genauso beinhaltet wie gegenseitige Rücksicht. Unsere WG hat auch ohne Putzplan ein gewisses Grundmaß an Sauberkeit, es wäre super, wenn das mit dir dann auch klappt.

Firstly, there's Charly (25), who has just completed her master's degree in psychology and started her training as a therapist at the beginning of June. She is an enthusiastic baker, enjoys painting and crafting, and likes to go to yoga or jogging.
Asli (29) is the flatshare mom and lovingly provides us with food; if you don't have anything or if she has prepared a very large portion again. She works from home and is therefore almost always available for a coffee together.
Mehdi (35) also works from home when he's not out and about as a DJ. He loves and lives music, and we as a flat love to go to his events together to dance.
All three of us are really kind and pleasant people, so flatshare life is uncomplicated and relaxed and includes both joint game or movie nights as well as mutual consideration. Our flatshare has a certain basic level of cleanliness even without a cleaning schedule, so it would be great if that also works with you.

Ich wollte dich nur informieren, dass das Zimmer ab dem 15. April verfügbar sein wird. Wir beginnen den Casting-Prozess ab dem 2. April. Wenn du interessiert bist, könnten wir auch die folgende Woche in Betracht ziehen.
