Wir haben das Zimmer gerade frisch gestrichen, es ist in einem sehr guten Zustand. Möbel sind bereits vorhanden (siehe Foto) und müssen beibehalten werden. Das Zimmer geht zu Balkon raus, es ist hell und ruhig mit Blick auf Bäume.
Das Zimmer kostet warm 400€.
Die Wohnung liegt zentral im Stadtteil Unterhaching, der Bus fährt direkt vor der Haustür (Haltestelle Bussardstr.), die Sbahn ist in 10 min zu Fuß erreichbar (Haltestelle Fasanenpark). Generell ist man in ca. 20 min in der Innenstadt. Genügend Parkplätze sind vorhanden (auf der Straße, kein Garagenzugang).
Meine Name ist Simone, ich bin 58 Jahre alt und bin berufstätig. Meine zwei Söhne sind gerade aus der Wohnung ausgezogen. Ich suche eine sympathische, selbstständige, ordentliche Mitbewohnerin. Ich freue mich auf deine Nachricht. :)
