Hi, i'm a spanish boy looking for flatmates in Valencia. The flat is 120m, very roomy, bright and fully furnished. Big dining room, kitchen fully equiped, big bedroom with window ,even a sofa in the balcony. Located close to the Benimaclet untherground and tram stop, bus stop to center. 15 min walking to center, less than 10 min to UV and UPV, 2 supermarkets, language schools, Deutscheshule, drugstore, poste, hairdress, bike rent... Living inside: 2 spanish guys from Valencia, so it's perfect if you want to learn more spanish because we don't speak english at all! 1 german girl going out at the end of semester (feb 2012).
250€/month. Heat, hot water and comunity bills included. Light, cold water and gas for kitchen NOT included.
