here is an advertisement for a two room rent (private living room of 25m2 & bed room of 13m2) in a 3er WG in Veitshöchheim. The living room and the bed room has the perfect view of the Rokokogarten all around the year. The house offers the access to a marvellous garden where you can grill and enjoy your evenings. You can also walk down the Main river in just a couple minutes.
With the bus stop just 10 seconds away from the house door, you can reach Würzburg hbf in 18min with a bus. Veitshöchheim bahnhof for train access is 8minutes away from the house. Parking in the front and behind the house is also available.
There are currently 2 guys living in the shared flat working in IT. We sometimes cook, go out in the city, grill together and also privacy is valued. The kitchen is equipped for cooking, fridge, oven, shelves, dishwasher and washing maschine. Both the rented rooms are equipped with a sofa and chairs, a table, a bed, a cupboard and shelves. All these facilities, beautiful view, private garden and 2 furnished rooms is available at €490/month and an advance rent of €600. The contract of the rooms will be provided by the House owner directly to you.
