Hey,
ich fange im September mein Studium (IBMS) an der Fontys in Venlo an und suche noch einen Mitbewohner oder eine Mitbewohnerin.
Ich bin tendenziell für jeden Quatsch zu haben und auch sehr offen für Neues.
Wenn ihr Interesse habt, kann ich euch auch gerne ein paar Bilder schicken.
Ein paar Facts zu der Wohnung:
- Größe ca 80 m²
- Preis p.P. 365 € komplett mit allem drum und dran*
- In der Theorie könnte noch eine 3te Person dort einziehen.
- Beide Ziemmer sind in etwa gleich groß
- Ein Gäste WC
- Fußbodenheizung
- Sehr schöne Wohnung wie ich finde
*sofern ich nicht was vergessen habe, ich komme wie folgt auf die Zahl: Warmmiete + Telefon/Internetkosten, Strom/Wasserkosten (Erfahrung was ich so ausgebe dafür) + Nebenkosten.
