The house is located in the nature reserve Biesenthaler Becken, five minutes walk from the lake „Hellsee". It stands on a plot of land with a neighbouring house, a cobblestone yard and a barn. The plot of land lies between fields and woods by a small road that leads to the lake.
The house has been restored with the original two flats with charming details.
The property as a whole is suitable for people who're nature loving and looking for peace and quiet and a sense of community.
A car would be very practicle, but if you like cycling a lot its possible too;)
