Das Zimmer ist geräumig. Die Möbel werden an den nächsten Mieter weitergegeben (Bett mit Matratze, Tisch mit einer Lampe, zwei Stühle, Wäscheständer, Spiegel in voller Länge, 2 Kommoden, Kleiderbügel) und es ist eine einmalige Zahlung von 100 EUR (weil ich alles selbst gekauft, wenn ich eingezogen).
The room is spacious. The furniture will be passed on to the next tenant (bed with mattress, table with a lamp, two chairs, clothes drier rack, full length mirror, 2 chest drawers, hanger) and it is a one time payment of 100 EUR (because I bought it all myself when I moved in).
Die Lage der Wohnung ist gut! Es ist 2 Minuten zu Fuß vom NOC Einkaufszentrum, 5 Minuten zu Fuß von der Altstadt, 20 Minuten zu Fuß von der OTH Amberg-Weiden.
The location of the apartment is good! It is a 2-minute walk from NOC mall, 5-minute walk from old city, 20-minute walk from OTH Amberg-Weiden.
Die Mitbewohner sind freundlich und nett! Wir teilen die Aufgaben rund um das Haus (wir verwenden eine App, um die Aktivitäten zu verfolgen). Die Mitbewohner sind entweder Schüler oder Studenten, so dass die meiste Zeit alle mit dem Studium beschäftigt sind.
The roommates are friendly and nice! We share the chores around the house (we use an app to track the activities). The roommates are either school students or university students so most of the time everyone is busy studying.
