Ich werde Weimar für ein Praktikum verlassen und ab Juni steht mein Zimmer zur Miete zur Verfügung.
Dich erwartet ein großes Zimmer mit Fenster zur Nordseite (Wohnen, Arbeiten), und eine kleine "Dachkammer" mit Fenster nach Osten (Schlafen).
Ich überlasse Ihnen die Möbel, sodass Sie sich keine Sorgen um den Kauf machen müssen. Im Zimmer finden Sie einen Tisch, einen Stuhl, eine Kommode, eine Kleiderstange, ein Sofa, ein Bett und eine Matratze. Alle Möbel sind relativ neu, da ich sie erst letztes Jahr gekauft habe. Insgesamt berechne ich für alles 500 Euro.

I will be leaving Weimar for an internship, and my room will be available for rent starting in June. The room is really spacious and has a window facing north that's perfect for both living and working. There's also a cosy "attic" room available for sleeping.
I am leaving the furniture for you, so you don't have to worry about buying anything. In the room, you will find a table, a chair, a commode, a clothing rail, a sofa, a bed, and a mattress. All of the furniture is relatively new, as I only bought it last year. I will be charging 500 euros in total for everything.

Für Bauhäusler ideal, gegenüber die Mensa, nebenan der Campus - alle profitieren von der Bushaltestelle auf der anderen Straßenseite. Zweimal umfallen - ist man schon im Ilmpark.
Große Wohnung. Waschmaschine, Trockner, Badewanne. Bad und WC getrennt - kein Stau!

Perfect for Bauhaus students, as the apartment is just a minute from the main building. It is conveniently situated opposite the Mensa and next to the campus. Moreover, a bus stop just across the street benefits everyone. The Ilmpark is also within easy reach by simply crossing the road.
The apartment is spacious and well-equipped with a stove, washing machine, drying machine, and bath. The separate bathroom and toilet are also a big plus.
Gemeinschaftsräume sind rauchfrei, aber wir haben eine große Dachterrasse auf der es erlaubt ist und die sich prima fürs Grillen und Chillen anbietet.
Hier findest du drei liebenswerte Menschen, die alle ganz unterschiedlich sind und trotzdem gut zusammenleben: Tobi (Künstler, Langzeitstudent und Selbständig, professioneller Amateur Koch Handwerker, Humorspezialist) und Karo (Bauhaus studenterin, toller Begleiter für Küchengespräche, Kaffeeliebhaber).

No smoking is allowed in any shared spaces, but don't worry; we have a spacious roof terrace where smoking is permitted. This is a great spot to relax and enjoy delicious grilled food.

Karo is a Bauhaus graduate who enjoys chatting in the kitchen and has a real passion for coffee.
