Da ich die Ferien über weg fliege, biete ich hier mein Pendelzimmer an.
Wir sind ü30 und machen alle ein bisschen was unterschiedliches. Steffi ist gerade in ihrer Bachelorphase Primarpädagogik, Alisa ist schon viel rum gekommen und obwohl sie schon einen PhD hat sie hält den Spagat zwischen Architekturstudium und Remote-Arbeit in dem Job für ein Büro am anderen Ende Deutschlands und Carina ist mit über 8 Jahren der WG-Dino und dabei sich vielleicht selbstständig zu machen.
Ich studiere auch und habe aber noch meinen Lebensmttelpunkt in Leipzig. (Deswegen würde ich das Zimmer auch auf Dauer gerne mit jemandem teilen im Anschluss!) Dazu gibts noch Sterni, die Katze von Carina. Sie kuschelt gerne auf meinem Teppich :)
Ich würde die Zeit meine Möbel natürlich da lassen. Außerdem gbt es ein Hochbett mit Einzelmatratze und eine Art begehbaren Kleiderschrank in einer großen Nische.
Der Bahnhof ist wirklich direkt um die Ecke, was für mich als Pendler sehr praktisch ist und Rewe, Aldi, Lidl und DM sind alle etwa 10 Minuten fußläufig entfernt. Allgemein würde ich sagen es ist ordentlich aber entspannt, man räumt hinter sich wieder auf ;)
Die Miete ist spottbillige 217,50€ pro Monat, die ich aber auch gern der Zeit entsprechend wieder raus bekommen würde, also 326€ für die 45 Tage von 11. Februar bis 1. April. Wie gesagt ich bin ebenso daran interessiert mir das Zimmer langfristig zu teilen.

Hey there!
I'm leaving for the Holidays so maybe someone else can benefit from my cheap room in the meantime! We are a Flatshare of four, all in out 30s and living pretty independent lives. Apart from me there are Stefanie, Alisa (both like me still studying) and Carina plus her cat Sterni.
I also live very much in Leipzig so I'm interested in sharing my room long-term as well! But for now this is about the time Feb11 to the end of March for which I will nit use the room at all.
There is a high bed with a surface for one person, some shelves (also with lots of my stuff) chairs couch and a small niche that has been serving as a walk-in wardobe. It is really close to the station (5min walking) and a big variety of grocery stores is also within 10min walking distance. The flat vibe is clean but easy. Everyone cleans up after themselves ;)
The extremely cheap price I pay is 217,50€ per month and it would be nice to get the amount out of it for the time i am away, so 326€ for the 45 days/ 108€ per month respectively if we are sharing the room for a longer period.
