Looking for a female roommate to sublet one bedroom in a two bedroom apartment in the student housing of Am Herrenrödchen 1c. I (26F) will be moving out soon and will be subletting my room until my contract ends (end of September 2024). The room is a student dorm, part of Studierendenwerk Thürigen, but all are welcome including students and working people as well. The room is 13 sqm and has large windows with the nicest view to the garden and the city.
The room is equipped with :
-1 x bed (90 x 200) with mattress
-1 x study desk and chair
-1 x bookshelf
-1 x wardrobe
The kitchen is equipped with 4 plate glass stove and an oven as well as a table and two dining chairs The fridge is alos included in the apartment.
The second room will also available from June 2024 if anyone is interested in renting the whole apartment. Details can be discussed over chat :)
The rent is 245€ with internet, electricity and water. Additionally, the one time broadcasting (radio) fee will be 29€ per room.

Auf der Suche nach einer Mitbewohnerin, die ein Schlafzimmer in einer Zwei-Zimmer-Wohnung in der Studentenwohnung von Am Herrenrödchen 1c untervermieten kann. Ich (26F) werde bald ausziehen und mein Zimmer bis zum Ende meines Vertrags (Ende September 2024) untermieten. Das Zimmer ist ein Studentenwohnheim, Teil des Studierendenwerks Thürigen, aber alle sind willkommen, auch Studenten und Arbeiter. Das Zimmer ist 13 qm groß und hat große Fenster mit dem schönsten Blick auf den Garten und die Stadt.
Das Zimmer ist ausgestattet mit:
-1 x Bett (90 x 200) mit Matratze
-1 x Arbeitstisch und Stuhl
-1 x Bücherregal
-1 x Kleiderschrank
Die Küche ist mit einem 4-Platten-Glasherd und einem Backofen sowie einem Tisch und zwei Esszimmerstühlen ausgestattet. Der Kühlschrank ist auch in der Wohnung enthalten.
Das zweite Zimmer wird auch ab Juni 2024 verfügbar sein, wenn jemand daran interessiert ist, die ganze Wohnung zu mieten. Details können im Chat besprochen werden :)
Die Miete beträgt 245€ mit Internet, Strom und Wasser. Darüber hinaus beträgt die einmalige Rundfunkgebühr (Radio) 29 € pro Zimmer.
Situated to the north, the apartment has a beautiful view of the city of Weimar. Just 7 minutes to the Hauptbahnhof, 10 minutes to Goetheplatz/Zentrum and 12 minutes to Wielandplatz (Bauhaus University). The closest grocery stores are Lidl, Rewe, Aldi and DM (10-15 minutes walking/ 2 minutes by bus). The next closest stores are Tedi and Jysk. The building also has a basketball court and garden in the back. The busstop is right at the door of the building.

Die Wohnung liegt nach Norden und bietet einen wunderschönen Blick auf die Stadt Weimar. Nur 7 Minuten zum Hauptbahnhof, 10 Minuten zum Goetheplatz/Zentrum und 12 Minuten zum Wielandplatz (Bauhaus-Universität). Die nächstgelegenen Lebensmittelgeschäfte sind Lidl, Rewe, Aldi und DM (10-15 Minuten zu Fuß/2 Minuten mit dem Bus). Die nächstgelegenen Geschäfte sind Tedi und Jysk. Das Gebäude verfügt außerdem über einen Basketballplatz und einen Garten auf der Rückseite. Die Bushaltestelle befindet sich direkt vor der Tür des Gebäudes.
The flat is shared by Liliana (me) (26, she/her) and Nusrat my roommate (23, she/her). We are both students at the Bauhaus University pursuing our Masters. We will be travelling for study trips as well as internships next semester so we are subletting our apartment until the end of our contract.
Nusrat will be moving in June and the roommate is still undetermined. If interested, you can refer a friend as well for her room or take it individually :)
We are a quiet pair, so noise is something you don’t have to worry about with us. Kitchen is the main meeting point for a small chat or a cup of coffee (if interested)
The cleaning of the apartment is divided between us and our rooms are our indivdual responsibilities.

Die Wohnung wird von Liliana (ich) (26, sie/ihr) und Nusrat, meiner Mitbewohnerin (23, sie/ihr) geteilt. Wir sind beide Studenten an der Bauhaus-Universität, die unseren Master-Abschluss machen. Wir werden im nächsten Semester für Studienreisen sowie Praktika reisen, also untervermieten wir unsere Wohnung bis zum Ende unseres Vertrags.
Nusrat wird im Juni umziehen und der Mitbewohner ist noch unbestimmt. Wenn Sie interessiert sind, können Sie auch eine Freundin für ihr Zimmer empfehlen oder es einzeln nehmen :)
Wir sind ein ruhiges Paar, also ist Lärm etwas, worüber Sie sich bei uns keine Sorgen machen müssen. Die Küche ist der wichtigste Treffpunkt für ein kleines Gespräch oder eine Tasse Kaffee (falls interessiert)
Die Reinigung der Wohnung ist zwischen uns aufgeteilt und unsere Zimmer sind unsere individuelle Verantwortung.
There is ample amount of car and bike parkings. There is laundry room in the basement consisting of 2 washing machine and one dryer.

Es gibt ausreichend Parkplätze für Autos und Fahrräder. Im Keller gibt es eine Waschküche mit zwei Waschmaschinen und einem Trockner.
