Zimmer in hübsch-behaglicher Zweier-WG

Da ich Weimar wegen eines Jobwechsels, suche ich eine:n Nachmieter:in für mein schönes Zimmer.
Das Zimmer ist etwa 14 Quadratmeter groß, hat ein großes Fenster und eine hohe Decke. Das Fenster liegt zur Döllstädtstraße hin, aber es gibt wirklich kaum Verkehr in dieser Anwohner:inneneinbahnstraße.
Die Wohnküche der WG ist hübsch-lieblich eingerichtet, allerdings werden im Mai ein paar Dinge wie der Kühlschrank und ein paar Kochutensilien übernommen.
Es gibt auch ein bequemes Sofa in der Küche und einen gemütlichen Balkon mit Blick in den Garten. Der große Garten mit Himbeeren zum Frühstück und Quitten im Herbst kann vom ganzen Haus mitbenutzt werden. Im kommenden Sommer kann man es sich auf dem Balkon sehr gemütlich machen und dort einige Uni-Arbeiten erledigen oder natürlich auch einfach nur entspannen und relaxen 😊.
In der Wohnung gibt es einen kleinen Abstellraum für Schuhe und Putzmittel. Außerdem gibt es einen Abstellraum im Keller.
Wir haben ein großes Bad mit einer Eckbadewanne/Dusche und einer Waschmaschine. Das bedeutet, dass du deine Wäsche auf den Wäscheständer im Bad oder auf die Wäscheleine im Garten hängen kannst und nicht den sperrigen Wäscheständer in dein Zimmer stellen müssen 😊.

Die Wohnung ist renoviert und hat schöne große doppelt verglaste Holzfenster.

Zum Februar zieht hier auch eine neue Person ein, du wirst sie bei den WG-Gesprächen gleich kennen lernen können. Falls du gleich schon eine Person weißt, mit der du gerne zusammen willst oder ihr eh zu zweit was sucht: sehr gerne:)

As I am leaving Weimar due to a job change, I am looking for a new tenant for my beautiful room.
The room is about 14 square metres in size, has a large window and a high ceiling. The window faces Döllstädtstraße, but there's really hardly any traffic on this one-way street for residents.
The kitchen/living room is nicely and lovingly furnished, although a few things such as the fridge and some cooking utensils will be taken over in May.
There is also a comfortable sofa in the kitchen and a cosy balcony with a view of the garden. The large garden with raspberries for breakfast and quinces in autumn can be shared by the whole house. In the coming summer you can make yourself very comfortable on the balcony and do some university work there or of course just relax and unwind 😊.
There is a small storage room in the flat for shoes and cleaning materials. There is also a storage room in the basement.
We have a large bathroom with a corner bath/shower and a washing machine. This means you can hang your washing on the clothes horse in the bathroom or on the washing line in the garden and don't have to put the bulky clothes horse in your room 😊.

The flat has been renovated and has beautiful large double-glazed wooden windows.

A new person will be moving in in February, so you'll be able to get to know them at the flat-sharing meetings. If you already know someone you'd like to live with or you're looking for a flat for two anyway, you're very welcome:)
