Die 300€ Miete sind warm, Internet und GEZ kommt dann noch dazu.
Das Zimmer ist 13qm groß hat ein großes Fenster und eine Tür zur Wohnküche.
Die Wg besitzt sonst noch eine große Wohnküche, zwei Bäder und einen großen Balkon. Der Balkon kann über die Küche erreicht werden.
Sonst gibt es eine Spühlmaschine und im Keller eine Waschmaschine (2EUR für 4Std.) + Fahrradständer. (Bilder auf Anfrage)
Im Garten unten lässt es sich schön sitzen und grillen.

The room is 13 square meters in size, has a large window, and a door leading to the living kitchen.
The apartment also has a large living kitchen, two bathrooms, and a large balcony. The balcony can be accessed through the kitchen. Additionally, there is a dishwasher and a washing machine in the basement (€2 for 4 hours) as well as a bicycle rack (pictures available upon request).
It is pleasant to sit and barbecue in the garden below.
Die WG ist direkt neben der Uni gelegen.
In ein paar Minuten bist du bei Nahkauf, Tegut oder in der Mensa.
Die Haltestelle für die 8,5 ist nur wenige Sekunden entfernt.

The WG is next to the Uni. Also you’ll just get to Nahkauf, Tegut or Mensa in a couple of minutes.
The bus stop of line 8,5 is next door as well.
Die WG ist sehr aktiv und unternimmt viel zusammen. Meistens treffen wir uns sehr oft in der offenen Küche, reden, trinken Kaffee und kochen oder essen zusammen. Oft kommt auch mal Besuch vorbei oder wir feiern die ein oder andere Party oder veranstalten ein Dinner. Es ist allegemein sehr offen:)
Seit letzten Sommer haben wir auch ein hochbeet auf unserem balkon, welches dieses frühjahr wieder bepflanzt wird:)
Aktuell wohnen hier Enrik (20), Cosima (20), Theresa (21), Leon (27), Lukas (22).
Cosima und Leon studieren Architektur, Enrik macht Urbanistik, Theresa studiert Medienkultur und Lukas Umweltingenieurswissenschaften.
Wenn du mehr über uns erfahren willst schreib gerne und wir machen ein kleines Treffen aus :)

The WG is very active and does a lot together. Most of the time we often meet in the open kitchen, talk, drink coffee and cook or eat together. Visitors often come over or we celebrate one or two parties or have dinner. It's generally very open :)
Since last summer we also have a raised bed on our balcony, which will be planted again this spring :)
Enrik (20), Cosima (20), Theresa (21), Leon (27) and Lukas (22) currently live here.
Cosima and Leon are studying architecture, Enrik is doing urban studies, Theresa is studying media culture and Lukas is studying environmental engineering.
If you want to find out more about us, feel free to write and we'll arrange a small meeting :). We are looking forward for open and engaged peeps.
