Ich möchte gerne für mein schönes, geräumiges Zimmer eine/n Nachmieter*in finden. Das Zimmer ist ab dem 21.05. frei und kann entweder befristet bis ende August oder unbefristet gemietet werden, wie es dir am besten passt :) Das Zimmer ist ca. 17m² groß, fühlt sich aber durch die sehr hohen Decken noch größer an. Das Fenster ist zur Westseite in Richtung des ruhigen Hinterhofs.
Das Zimmer würde ich unmöbiliert vermieten, könnte mir aber auch vorstellen ein paar Sachen drin zu lassen, falls es gewünscht ist.
Der Rest der Wohnung ist auch sehr schön, die Küche ist riesig und bietet viel Platz für gemeinsames kochen, backen und Essen. An der Küche angeschlossen ist ein schöner Wintergarten der auch sehr viel Licht während des Tages abbekommt. Das Bad ist auch groß und sogar eine Badewanne.
I`d like to find a new tenant for my spacious room. The room will be free from the 21.05. and can be rented either until the end of August or for an unlimited time period, whichever you prefer :) The room is about 17m² big, but feels even bigger thanks to the high ceilings. The window faces west, and into the quiet courtyard. I would rent out the room unfurnished, but can consider leaving some thins behind if there is a need for that.
The rest of the apartment is very pretty. The kitchen is spacious and has enough space to cook,bake and eat together. Connected to the kitchen is a very cosy conservatory, which allows a lot of light to pass through the flat. The bathroom is also quite big and is equipped with a bathtub.
Die Lage könnte nicht besser sein! Der Campus der Bauhaus Universität ist nur 1 Minute entfernt und die Mensa ist direkt gegenüber der Straße. Eine Bushaltestelle ist auch nur 1 Minute entfernt. Der große Stadpark von Weimar, sowie ein Supermarkt sind auch in direkter Nähe. Falls man in die Altstadt und zur Fußgängerzone will dauert das ungefähr 5 Minuten zu Fuß.
In dem Haus gibt es noch eine andere WG, diese ist aber zwei Stockwerke weiter oben. Der Rest der Räume im Haus sind an die Bauhaus Universität vermietet. Das heißt das es keinen störenden Lärm durch Nachbarn gibt, gleichzeitig man aber auch so laut sein kann wie man will ;).
The location couldnt be better! The Bauhaus University campus is only 1 minute away and the cafeteria is also right around the corner. A busstop is just across the street. The big city park and a supermarket are also very close. You will need around 5 minutes by foot to get to the city center.
There is only one other flat rented out in the building and its located two floors above this one. All the other rooms in the building are rented out to to the university. This means there is no excessive noise by neighbours , which also means you can be as loud as you want to be ;)
In der WG wohnen noch Eric und Manu. Sie studieren Urbanistik und Architektur und sind beide sehr angenehme Mitbewohner. Am besten ihr lernt sie selber kennen :)
Das WG Leben ist sehr entspannt und offen. Jeder macht auch gerne sein eigenes Ding, aber ab und zu werden WG Dinner veranstaltet oder man trifft sich spontan in der Küche zum quatschen und trinken.
The other roomates in the apartment are Eric and Manu. They study Urbanistik and Architecture and are both great roomates, but its best for you to get to know them yourself.
Life in the WG is very chill and open. Everybody does their own thing, but sometimes we have WG Dinners together or just spontaneously meet in the kitchen to have chat and a drink!
