Ich möchte gerne für mein schönes, geräumiges Zimmer in der Marienstraße, eine/n Zwischenmieter*in finden.
Das Zimmer ist ca. 40 Quadratmeter groß und unterteilt sich in ein großes Zimmer (24m2) und ein kleineres (16m2). Durch die großen Fenster sind die Zimmer angenehm hell. Die Wände des Zimmers sind, wie bei der restlichen Wohnung auch sehr hoch, und durch den schönen Fischgrätenpakett entsteht eine tolle Atmosphäre. Zu den Gemeinschaftsräumen gehört ein tolles großes Wohnzimmer, mit Sofas, Beamer für Filmabende etc., eine gemütliche Küche und zwei Bäder.

I would like to find a new tenant for my beautiful room in Marienstraße.
The room is about 40 square metres big and is divided into a large room (24m2) and a smaller one (16m2). The rooms are pleasantly bright thanks to the large windows. The walls of the room are, like the rest of the flat, very high. The beautiful herringbone parquet flooring creates a great atmosphere. The communal areas include a great large living room with sofas, a projector for film evenings etc., a cosy kitchen and two bathrooms.
Die Lage könnte optimaler nicht sein. Die Wohnung befindet sich direkt neben dem Campus und im Zentrum der Stadt. Die Bushaltestelle ist vor der Tür. Alles andere wichtige ist in wenigen Minuten zur Fuß zu erreichen (Uni, Mensa, Nahkauf, Bars, Park…). Der Wielandplatz ist eine Minute entfernt, Theaterplatz 7min, Park 2min …

The location couldn't be better. The flat is right next to the campus and in the centre of the city. The bus stop is right outside the door. Everything else important can be reached in just a few minutes on a walk (university, canteen, local shops, bars, park...). Wielandplatz is one minute away, Theaterplatz 7min, park 2min ...
Das Wg Leben ist gemischt, es ist keine Zweck Wg, aber natürlich verläuft es sich auch, dadurch, dass die Wohnung so groß ist und wir sieben Leute sind. Für eine 7er Wg ist es vergleichsweise ruhig, aber wenn etwas starten soll, ist der Platz absolut dafür da. Für Partys die wir gemeinsam ab und zu machen, gibt es das Wohnzimmer zum Auflegen und Tanzen, lange Flure zum Bierpong spielen und die Küche zum Ausruhen. Im Wohnzimmer kommen wir oft zu gemeinsamen Film- und Spielabenden zusammen.

Life in the apartment is mixed, it's not a functional shared flat, but of course it also gets out of track because the flat is so big and there are seven of us. It's relatively quiet for a flat of 7 people, but if something wants to get going, there's plenty of space. For parties that we organise together from time to time, there's the living room for playing music and dancing, long corridors for playing beer pong and the kitchen for relaxing. We often get together in the living room to watch films and play games.
