Das Zimmer liegt im Erdgeschoss zur Trierer Straße hin in einer schönen alten Stadtvilla der Weimarer Westvorstadt. Es hat schöne alte Dielen, eine hohe Decke und ein großes Fenster, durch das die Morgensonne ins Zimmer fällt. Es ist mit Eine Doppelflügeltür verbindet die Küche mit dem Zimmer. Das Zimmer ist nicht möbeliert
Das Zimmer ist mit 4 auf 4,5 metern sehr angenehm geschnitten und lässt sich super einrichten. (Alle sagen es ist in Person viel größer als es auf den Fotos scheint)

The available room is on the ground floor of a beautiful urban villa in Weimar's Westvorstadt. The room has beautiful wooden floorboards and a high ceiling. The window faces east which leads beautiful morning light into the room.
The room with 4 to 4,5m has very comfortable dimensions and is perfect for furniting.
Die Wohnung ist in einer schönen Weimarer Stadtvilla unweit von Bus und dem Berkaer Bahnhof und 10 Minuten fußläufig von der Innenstadt entfernt. Direkt um die Ecke ist Lidl und etwas weiter dann ein Einkaufszentrum mit TeGut, dm, Denn's etc. Unfern der Wohnung befinden sich zudem zwei Bäcker (Brotklappe und ein Bäcker bei Lidl).

The villa is well connected to public transport and it's close to the Berkaer Bahnhof which has a frequent connection to Weimar's main station. The apartment is 10 minutes by feet from the city center. There are a lot of grocery stores close-by (Lidl, TeGut, dm, Edeka) as well as two great bakeries (Brotklappe and another one).
Du wohnst hier mit uns (Elham, Minhee und Frank). Minhee ist gerade dabei ihr Studium der Bauhaus-Uni abzuschließen, Elham arbeitet als freischaffende Künstlerin an verschiedenen Projekten und Frank ist prakizierender Architekt. Wir drei sind sehr gesellig und du wirst dich mit Sicherheit schnell Zuhause fühlen. Wir kochen gerne zusammen oder hängen im Wintergarten rum, wenn es die Zeit hergibt. Ab und zu schauen wir auch ein Film oder machen gemeinsam kleine Ausflüge.
Wir haben eine schöne große Küche, an die direkt ein Wintergarten angeschlossen ist.
In dem Haus gibt es noch 3 weitere WGs und seit Kurzem ist der Garten (wenn man ihn so nennen kann) für alle benutzbar. Falls du also einen grünen Daumen hast und etwas anpflanzen möchtest, sind dir keine Grenzen gesetzt.

You'd be living with us (Elham, Minhee and Frank). Minhee is just finishing their studies at the Bauhaus University and Elham works as a freelancing artist on different projects. Frank works as an architect, currently remote from home. We are all very sociable and will make you feel at home quite quickly. We like to cook together or hang out in the Wintergarten to chat. Sometimes we watch a movie together or go on little trips.
The main space of the apartment is the spacious kitchen, which has direct access to our beautiful winter garden which is a cosy hangout space. There are 3 further shared apartments in this house which means there are a lot of young people around. Since this spring the garden which wraps around the building is accessible to all units which means that you're free to plant stuff if you wish to. Many Barbecues to come.
