Die wohnung ist durch ihre großen Fenster sehr hell.
Es gibt noch 2 Wohnräume mit je 18 Quadratmetern Fläche, welche sich beide auf der Nordseite befinden.
Außerdem gibt es ein 24 Quadratmeter großes Wohnzimmer auf der südseite.
Die Küche ist groß und hat einen Geschirrspüler. Es gibt ein Gäste WC mit Pissoir und Klo und auch ein Haupt WC mit Großer Dusche und Doppelwaschbecken.
Die Wohnung ist etwas außerhalb des Stadtzentrums, man läuft jedoch nur 15 min durch den Weimarhallenpark bis in die Innenstadt. Der Hauptbahnhof ist ebenfalls nur 15 min entfernt. Ein Nahkauf ist 200 m entfernt, eine Bushaltestelle ebenso.
Das Haus ist etwas versetzt, sodass man die Straßengeräusche nicht wirklich hört. Außerdem hat das Wohnzimmer eine schöne aussicht Richtung Stadtzentrum über angrenzende Gärten hinweg.
Die Herbststraße bietet außerdem kostenfreie Parkplätze.
Ich selbst lebe in der Wohnung seit knapp einem Jahr.
Meine Mitbewohner ziehen ab August aus, daher suche ich neue verlässliche und engagierte Mitbewohner/innen.
Ich bin 1 Mal im Monat für ca. 1 Woche in Brandenburg, ansonsten studiere ich von Zuhause aus und arbeite nachmittags bis abends.
Ich koche oft und gerne.
