Ich suche einen Untermieter für mein jetziges Zimmer, da ich von März 2016 bis ende August 2016 für 6 Monate meine Abschlussarbeit an einer Firma verbringen werde. Das Zimmer ist ca.14qm in einer 2-er WG und auch möbiliert mit Bett, Schreibtisch, DIY Schrank und zwei Kleiderstangen. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer ruhigen Lage, auch in der Nähe sind EInkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants (LIDL, ALDI, DM, McD, Burger King, Subway) in einige Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Bushaltehlatestelle ist 5 Minuten entfernt, wobei man mit Buslinie 6 direkt nach HS fahren kann. Ich wohne jetzt mit meinem Kollege, Alvin (23), der auch einer Student an der HS Weingarten ist. Wir freuen uns auf deine Nachricht und auch dich kennenzulernen. Bei Interesse, bitte per Email oder SMS oder Whatsapp melden (auch mit einer kurze Vorstellung über dich).

I am searching for a subtenant for my room starting from 1.03.2016 until 31.08.2016 since I will be leaving during this period to write my thesis elsewhere. My room is about 14qm (in a two room apartment) and also furnished with a bed and table. Since there is no actual wardrobe, I have been using a DIY rack together with two clothes rail to place my clothes and stuff. The apartment is situated in a quite peaceful residential place, where Restaurants and Supermarkets (McD, Burger King, LIDL, ALDI) are only a few minutes away by foot. The nearest bus stop is 5 minutes away and you can ride the no.6 bus to reach the FH and PH easily :) I am currently living with my colleague, Alvin, a FH student, who will also be writing his thesis in the FH next semester.
