The room room dimensions are 3.9 m x 3.5 m (Area: 13.65 m²). It has two windows that face the southeast. It is furnished with a pull-out bed with drawers, two matresses, a wardrobe, a shelf, a desk with drawers, a chair, a large main lamp in the ceiling, a small reading lamp above the bed, and window blinds. The bed has dimensions of 200 cm x 160 cm (when pulled out). The desk surface has dimensions of 150 cm x 75 cm.
The rent includes all utilities – you don't need to pay anything extra. The flat is equipped with a Vodafone DSL connection with a speed of up to 250 Mbit/s. The router supports 802.11ac (Wi-Fi 5) as well as older versions. The room is well-covered by the Wi-Fi and I usually get the full speed of 250 Mbit/s on my devices. Bringing an ethernet cable from the router to the room is also possible (at your own expense). The room also has a socket for cable TV.
The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic cooktop, exhaust hood, electric oven, microwave oven, refrigerator (with internal freezer), toaster, and kettle. Some shared cutlery and cooking utensils are available, or you can bring your own. The bathroom is equipped with a washing machine and also a shelf for your toiletries. There is a smoke detector installed in every room and also in the kitchen.
The flat is just a 5-minute walk from the city center. Walking times:
