Weissach-Flacht liegt in direkter Nähe zu den Unternehmen Porsche, Bosch und Daimler und hat eine sehr gute Verkehrsanbindung (A8). Die WG ist somit ideal für Pendler und Praktikanten.
Der ÖPNV ist ca. 7 Gehminuten entfernt. Auch Stuttgart und Leonberg lassen sich gut erreichen. Supermarkt, Bäcker und Bank sind gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist nicht weit vom Waldrand entfernt, was ideal für sportliche Aktivitäten ist.

Public transportation could be reached in ca. 7 minutes by foot. Even Stuttgart and Leonberg are well reachable. Supermarket, bakery and bank (with atm) are easily accessible by foot. The apartment is near to the forest. So it is well suited for sportive activities.
Washing maschine and clothes dryer is available.
