Das ist kein Witz: Du zahlst nur €20 pro Monat für ein 20qm teilmöbliertes Zimmer mit super Ausblick in meiner Harzer Wohnung, wenn Du ein paar Handwerkerarbeiten für mich erledigst. Wenn nicht, kostet das Zimmer €200/Monat inkl. Mitbenutzung des kleinen Gästezimmers.
Die im 1. OG gelegene Wohnung hat eine möblierte Wohnküche, eine Dusche und drei Zimmer mit super Ausblick, sowie Pizzeria und Einkaufszentrum auf der gegenüberliegenden Strassenseite.

This is no joke: you pay only €20 for a partially funished large room (20 square meter) with a great view, in return for some handy work in the apartment. Without the handy work, the room costs €200 per month, incl. the shared use of the small guest room.
The apartment on the first floor features a furnished live-in kitchen, a shower and 3 rooms with a great view over the mall and the pizzeria across the street.
