Grundsätzlich stehen einem zwei Wohnräume zu verfügung, einmal die Küche und einmal das eigentliche Zimmer. Das Zimmer ist großzügig geschnitten und sehr hell. Die kleine Kochnische stellt viel Stauraum zur Verfügung. Das Zimmer hat seinen eigenen Stellplatz und Fahrrad Stellplatz.
Die Wohnung liegt nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß von der Hochschule Harz entfernt. Die nächste Bus Haltestelle ist 3 Minuten entfernt. Man hat also sehr gute Anbindung an den öffentlichen Verkehr.
Die Mitbewohnerin ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Sie wohnt schon länger in Wernigerode und arbeitet zurzeit in Berlin.
