Das WG-Zimmer wird einheitlich möbliert angeboten (Bett: 140 x 200m, Kasten, Schreibtisch).
Die Wohnung ist vollständig und hochwertig möbliert, gut ausgestattet und besteht aus folgenden Räumen:
- Offene Küche/Esszimmer mit TV
- Wohnzimmer mit Couch und TV
- 2 WG Zimmern (1 davon zur Zwischenmiete)
- Bad Badewanne, WC und Waschmaschine.
- WC.
Die Wohnung wird alle 2-3 Wochen extern geputzt.
Die Kosten für das WG-Zimmer (samt Mitbenützung der gemeinsamen Räumlichkeiten) betragen gesamt €990/Monat (inkl Betriebskosten, Fernsehen, Internet, und 2-3 wöchentlicher Reinigung) + € 1.800 Kaution.

Large bedroom (~20m2) in a modern, 90m2 flat in 1010 Vienna (right in the city centre) is available for interim rent from mid February 2024 to the end of July 2024.
The bedroom is offered fully furnished (bed: 140 x 200m, wardrobe, desk).
The flat is fully furnished to a high standard, well equipped and consists of the following rooms:
- Open kitchen/dining room with TV
- Living room with couch and TV
- 2 bedrooms (1 of them for interim rent)
- Bathroom with bathtub, toilet and washing machine.
- Toilet
The flat is cleaned externally every 2-3 weeks.
The costs for the shared room (including shared use of the common areas) total € 990/month (incl. running costs, TV, internet and 2-3 weekly cleaning) + € 1,800 deposit.

The flat is located in the centre
centre (1010 Vienna) near Rudolfspark. In less than 1 minute walking distance there are supermarkets like Hofer and Billa. The U2/U4 underground station Schottenring is a 5-minute walk away. The underground stations Schottentor (U2), Herrengasse (U3) and Schwedenplatz (U1, U4) are within 10 minutes walking distance. The Main University and the University of Economics can be reached in ~15 minutes (on foot or by underground).
Ich bewohne derzeit das 2. WG-Zimmer, bin Vollzeit berufstätig, unkompliziert und gesellig. Nach der Arbeit koche ich gerne, mache Sport oder bin auf einem Afterwork-Drink. Von Mai 2024 bis Juli 2024 wird eine 26. deutsche Referendarin statt mir die ein 2. WG-Zimmer bewohnen.
Ich suche einen verlässlichen, ordentlichen und umgänglichen Mitbewohner (m/w) von Mitte Februar bis Ende Juli 2024.

I live in the 2nd beedroom in a shared flat, work full-time, am easy-going and sociable. After work I like to cook, do sports or go for an after-work drink. From May 2024 to July 2024, a 26th German trainee will live in the flat instead of me.
