The room is 17 square meters in size and faces the courtyard, which makes it a bit dark but very quiet.
We are renting it out partially furnished and it comes equipped with:

Additional furniture can be taken over from the previous tenant by mutual agreement.
Our apartment is located just a walk of 3 to 5 minutes from the U1, U4 and U3 subway lines, as well as the tram lines 1 and 2. The "Wien Mitte/Landstraße train station is als just a 10-minute walk away.
There are several facilities in the immediate surrounding, including a Spar Gourmet grocery store (Fleischmarkt), a BIPA shop (Schwedenplatz), post office, bakery, pharmacy and so on....
