The room is bright and quite comfortable. The window is directed to the Rotenturmstraße. If you lean out you might also catch a view of the Stephansdom. On Schwedenplatz there is a lot of night life going on. However, due to a double window the room is still quiet. Since I only leave for half a year the room is completely furnished. You are able to check it out on the photos.
There is a huge kitchen, which offers every cooking accessoir you can wish for. It includes a small table and couch for eating together. There is also a big bathroom with a shower, a bathtub and a toilet. A separated toilet is right next to the bathroom.
The flat is located in the center of Vienna. The entrance is on Schwedenplatz and directly in front of the U-Bahn (Metro) station. You are able to use U1 as well as U4. There is also a cable car station, but I never use it since the U-Bahn is much more convenient.
If you walk out the front door, you just have to cross the street and find yourself at Donaukanal. It is a well known spot for hanging out in the evening and enjoying drinks with friends. The Donaukanal is also popular for doing some sports, like running or biking.
Your future flat mates are:
Kolo (26) is studying urban design at the TU Vienna. He nearly finished with his Master and already working full time, Kathi (26) studied sports and spanish. She just finished and is now working as a teacher, Chris (28) is studying international business economics, Jakob (26) is studying architecture in his Master.
We are all open people and enjoy each others company. Sometimes we cook or have some drinks together. During the week life is pretty quiet, since some of us are already working. However, on weekends we all love to have a good time.
