Wohnung nahe der Innenstadt und den Erholungsparks Augarten und Prater gelegen, wo man joggen, spazieren gehen oder picknicken kann. Hervorragende Verkehrsanbindung durch U2, U1, Straßenbahn 2. Mehrere Supermärkte sind in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.
Apartment is located as well near the city center as closed to the parks Augarten and Prater. Plenty of possibilities to go jogging, having a picknic or just to relax. Several supermarkets and public transport nearby throught subway U2, U1, tram 2
Es wird eine junge Studentin, ein junger Student gesucht, z. B. Erasmus, oder im Internship. Die Hauptmieterin und Vermieterin des Zimmers wohnt selbst auch in der Wohnung. In der Küche kann auch gekocht und gebacken werden.
Young student, f. e. Erasmus or for an internship in Vienna is required. The landlady is living in the apartment, too. The kitchen may be used for cooking and baking.
