Da sich meine Lebenssituation verändert hat, vermiete ich über eine Zeit ab sofort eines, bald aber beide Zimmer meiner traumhaften, ehemaligen WG.
Die Zimmer sind etwa 25m^2 groß, haben jeweils zwei große Fenster und sind getrennt begehbar. Die Zimmer werden unmöbliert übergeben, bis auf eine Kleiderstange und das in den Bildern sichtbare, weiße Sofa.
Sämtliche Räume der Wohnung sind separat begehbar und verfügen über Fenster, sowie die meisten benötigen technischen Geräte (Kühlschrank, Spülmaschine, Herd mit Ceranfeld, Handtuchtrockner, WiFi-Anschluss, etc.)
My life situation has changed so I am renting out first one, and soon both rooms of my beautiful former flatshare.
The rooms are about 25m^2 in size and have two large windows each. They will be handed over unfurnished except for a clothes rack and the white sofa you see on the photos.
All rooms of the apartment are accessible separately, all of them have windows as well as most necessary appliances (fridge, dishwasher, ceran stove, WIFI, etc).
Die Wohnung liegt direkt gegenüber vom Schwedenplatz, neben dem Sofitel im 2. Bezirk. In 5 Minuten kommt man zu Fuß ins Zentrum der Stadt und des Nachtlebens, in 2 ist man am Donaukanal.
U4 Schwedenplatz und U1 Nestroyplatz sind etwa 3 Gehminuten entfernt, die Straßenbahnlinie 2 ist so gut wie direkt vor der Haustür.
Alle großen Unis sind von zu Hause sehr gut erreichbar. Die Hauptuni ist 15 Gehminuten entfernt, das Hauptgebäude der TU und die WU etwa 20 (2-3 U-bahn Stationen). Zentraler gehts nicht ;)
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es zu Genüge, Billa, Spar, Bipa und Hofer sind alle nicht mehr als 5 Gehminuten entfernt.
Wir sind in einem der schönsten Teile des zweiten Bezirks, direkt neben dem Donaukanal, mit zahlreichen Restaurants und Bars in unmittelbarer Nähe!
The apartment ist directly opposite Schwedenplatz, next to Sofitel in the 2nd district. The centre of the city and nightlife hotspots are less than five minutes away. The Donaukanal is literally a 2 minute walk away.
The closest metro stops are U4 Schwedenplatz and U1 Nestroyplatz, both reachable in 3-5 minutes. The tram number 2 stops practically right outside the apartment.
All main unis are super easy to reach from home. The main uni is 25 minutes on foot or 10 bz tram, the main building of the TU and the WU are both 2-3 metro sops away. It can't get any more central than that ;)
We have plenty of grocery shops in our vicinity like Billa, Spar, and Hofer. They're all about five minutes away.
This is one of the most beautifulparts of the second district, directly next to the Donaukanal with plenty of nice restaurants and cozy bars!
Ab sofort ist eines der Zimmer verfügbar, das zweite wird Mitte Mai/Juni frei. Wenn an beiden Zimmern Interesse besteht, könnt ihr auch gerne zu zweit einziehen. Der angegebene Preis ist der Preis für ein Zimmer/Monat. Sobald eine Person ein Zimmer nimmt, darf sie natürlich mitbestimmen, wer dazuzieht :)
Näheres besprechen wir gerne persönlich bei der Besichtigung.

I am renting out both of the rooms so you are welcome to move in as a pair. The indicated price if per room/month. As soon as one person takes a room, they can of course also codecide who moves in with them :)

Aktuell wohnt ein Paar in dem zweiten Zimmer, das gerade am Sprung ins Ausland ist, das heißt, sie wären nur vorübergehend deine Mitbewohner.
Sobald sie weg sind, kannst du selbst entscheiden, wer mit dir einzieht! (In Absprache mit mir)
There’s a couple living in the second room atm, who are looking to move abroad so they would only be your flatmates temporarily. As soon as they’re gone, you can decide who moves in with you (with my OK).
