Ich suche jemanden zur Zwischenmiete vom 01.04.-01.05.2024, da ich in diesem Zeitraum im Ausland arbeite.
Grundsätzlich ist auch eine Miete für einen Teil der Zeit möglich.
Das wunderschöne Altbauzimmer ist ca. 20m2 groß. Die Fenster gehen auf eine ruhige Seitenstraße.
Es hat einen alten Parkettboden, und eine wunderschöne Holzdecke und ist liebevoll eingerichtet.
Es ist vollmöbliert: großes Doppelbett, Schrank, Bücherschrank, Sekretär, gemütlicher Sitzstuhl, weiterer Stauraum...
Bettwäsche, Bettzeug und Handtücher würde ich für die Dauer der Untermiete natürlich zur Verfügung stellen.
Der Gemeinschaftsbereich kann natürlich mitgenutzt werden und besteht aus:
Voraum, Bad (mit Badewanne und Waschmaschine), getrennte Toilette, Wohnzimmer (mit Beamer), Abstellraum, Küche (natürlich mit allem was man so braucht), und Esszimmer.
Im Frühling/Sommer kann man sich auch unten in den begrünten Innenhof setzen.

The beautiful room (old building with high ceiling) is approximately 20m2. The windows are facing a quiet side street.
It has a parquet floor and a beautiful wooden ceiling and lovingly furbished.
Zu den Möbeln zählen: doublebed, wardrobe, bookcase, secretaire, comfy small armchair, enough storage space...
Of course I would provide Bedding and towelsfor the time of the sublease.
Naturally you are free to use and spend time in the common areas, which consist of:
entrance area, bathroom (bathtub and washing machine), loo, living room (with Beamer), storage room, kitchen, Dining room.
In summer/spring you are also welcome to use the green inner courtyard.

WG-Leben ist sehr entspannt, manchmal trifft man sich auf einen kleinen Ratscher in der Küche, kocht und isst gemeinsam, macht gemeinsam Sport und zwischendrin zieht sich jeder zurück.

The WG-live is very relaxed. Sometimes everyone meets for a small chat in the kitchen, cooks together, eats together and drinks beer, and sometimes everyone retreats into their own rooms.
