Wir suchen jemanden für dieses schöne, möblierte Zimmer in Wien von Juli bis Ende August! Das Zimmer ist 10m² groß und befindet sich in einem 92m² Appartement. Vom Zimmer aus blickt man auf eine schöne und ruhige Einbahnstraße mit sehr wenig Verkehr.
Das Zimmer ist möbliert mit: Einzelbett mit Matratze, Kleiderschrank, Sessel und Schreibtisch. Es ist alles in der Miete inbegriffen: Miete des Zimmers + Gemeinschaftsräume (Küche, WC und Bad), Energiekosten, Haushaltsversicherung und Internet.

We are looking to rent this nice, furnished room in Vienna from July to August! The room is 10m² in a 92m² appartement. From the room you look a nice and quiet one-way street with very little traffic.
The room is furnitured with: single person bed with mattress, wardrobe and desk. The rent includes everything: Rent of the room + common spaces (kitchen, toilet and bathroom), energy costs, household insurance and internet.
Das Appartement liegt mitten im 2. Wiener Gemeindebezirk, im Stuwerviertel. Es befindet sich in einer Einbahnstraße mit Bäumen, daher ist es hier sehr ruhig und sicher. Die Natur leicht zu erreichen, mit Prater und Donauinsel in unmittelbarer Nähe. Es gibt viele Geschäfte und Dienstleistungen in der Nähe, sowie die U-Bahn U2 und U1. Auch die Wirtschaftsuniversität WU ist nur 5 Gehminuten entfernt.
ENGLISH:
The appartement lies in the middle of the 2nd district of Vienna, in the Stuwerviertel. It is in a one-way-street with trees, so it is extremely quiet and safe around here. There are many shops and services closeby. Also, the WU business university is within 5min walking distance.
Du wohnst mit 4 Personen zusammen: Rabea, Niko, Bettina und Alex (24-27 Jahre alt, studieren & arbeiten). Wir sind international mit italienischer, niederländischer und österreichischer Nationalität.
Wir sind eine nette Community, in der wir gerne etwas zusammen unternehmen (zusammen kochen, essen, spielen, spazieren gehen, ausgehen usw.), aber wir respektieren auch die Privatsphäre der anderen. Außerdem achten wir darauf, die Wohnung sauber zu halten und respektvoll miteinander umzugehen.

You live with 4 people: Rabea, Niko, Bettina and Alex (ages 24-27, studying & working). We're international with Italian, as well as Dutch and Austrian nationalities.
We're a nice community where we like to do things together (cooking, eating together, playing games, going for a walk, going out etc), but we also respect each other's privacy and there is no need to engage in these activities. Also we like to keep the appartement clean and being respectful towards eachother.
