Ich vermiete mein schönes, helles Wg-Zimmer unter, da ich die meiste Zeit im Juli nicht in Wien bin. Dadurch wird das Zimmer natürlich möbliert vermietet. Durch die großen Fenster ist sehr schön hell und da es zum Innenhof rausgeht auch sehr ruhig.

I sublet my nice, bright room, because I am not in Vienna most of the time in July. Thus, the room is of course furnished rented. Through the large windows is very nice and bright and since it goes out to the yard it is very quiet.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im 2. Bezirk, genau zwischen Donau und Prater. Perfekt also für den Sommer, da man in 10 min, zum Sonnen und Schwimmenauf der Donauinsel ist oder in 5 min im grünen, kühlen Prater zum Sporteln oder Chillen. Coole Cafés, Bars und Restaurants sind gut zu Fuß oder mit dem Fahrrad zu erreichen. Bei der U2 und der U1 ist man in 5 Minuten zu Fuß und dadurch auch superschnell in den anderen Bezirken.

The apartment is located in the 2nd district exactly between the Danube and Prater. Perfect for the summer, because in 10 min you are on the Danube -Island for sunbathing and swimming or in 5 min in the green, cool Prater for sports or chilling. Cool cafes, bars and restaurants are easy to reach by bike or walking. The U2 and U1 you can reach in 5 minutes and thus your super fast in the other districts.
Die Wohnung teilst du dir mit Johannes (27) und Flo (28). Beide studieren und arbeiten sind also tagsüber öfters mal unterwegs abends aber immer für ein Bier in der Küche, gemeinsames Kochen oder sporteln zu haben. Das Wg-Leben ist ziemlich entspannt und offen, niemand ist ein Ordnungsfreak aber ein generelles Verständnis von Sauberkeit solltest du mitbringen.

You will share the apartment with Johannes (27) and Flo (28). Both are studying and working, so they are often away during the day, but in the evening they are always available for a beer in the kitchen, cooking together or doing sports. The shared apartment life is pretty relaxed and open, no one is a neat freak but you should have a general understanding of cleanliness.
Ich bin auf jeden Fall vom 8.07.2023 bis zum 01.08.2023 nicht da, den genauen Zeitraum, in dem das Zimmer gemietet wird kann man aber natürlich individuell absprechen.
