Das Zimmer an sich ist durch die hohen Decken und die zwei großen Fenster sehr geräumig und hell. Der Ausblick aus dem Fenster, unter anderem auf den Wiener Prater und das Riesenrad ist ein echtes Highlight. Das Zimmer liegt im dritten Stock, hat insgesamt 3 Zimmer (2 Mitbewohner + DU), eine feine Küche mit allem was man braucht, eine Toilette, einen großen, langgezogenen Flur und ein Bad mit Dusche, Waschmaschine und genügend Stauraum für Handtücher und co. Das Zimmer ist sehr ruhig, dadurch das es ein sanierter Altbau ist. Die Möbel sind neuwertig und sollten (zu einem fairen Preis) übernommen werden.

The room is very bright and spacious thanks to the high ceilings and the two large windows. The view from the window is a key highlight, especially at night with the Viennese Prater and its Ferris wheel. The room is on the last floor, the third one, and has a total of 3 bedrooms, a nice kitchen with everything you need, separated toilets, a large hallway and a bathroom with shower, washing machine and enough storage space for towels and co. The room is very quiet and arm all year long as it is a newly-renovated building. The furniture of the room is as good as new and should be taken over (at a fair price, and excluding the desk and the office chair).
Die Lage ist perfekt für alle WU Studenten (3 Minuten zu Fuß), aber natürlich auch für alle anderen! Die Station Messe Prater liegt direkt vor der Hautür (20m) und bietet die perfekte Anbindung, wenn man in die Stadt möchte (U2). Ein Billa ist direkt um die Ecke (1-2 Minuten zu Fuß), außerdem mit Penny/Lidl/Hoffer (5-8 Minuten zu Fuß). Des Weiteren gibt es eine U-Bahnstation den Billa (Praterstern), welcher die komplette Woche von morgens 7-22 Uhr offen hat (auch sonntags). Der Parter Park und auch der Prater (Vergnügungspark sind eben falls vor Ort (2 Minuten zu Fuß). Und schließlich befindet sich direkt vor der Wohnung ein eigener Radweg, der entweder ins Stadtzentrum oder an die Donau führt.

The location is perfect for all WU students (3 minutes walk), but for everyone else as well! The Messe Prater station is right outside the door (20m) and offers the perfect connection if you want to go into the city (U2). A Billa is just around the corner (1-2 minutes on foot), as well as Penny/Lidl/Hoffer (5-8 minutes on foot). Furthermore, there is a Billa (Praterstern) one metro stop away or circa 10 minutes walking, which is open the entire week from 7am-2pm (also on Sundays). The Parter Park and the Prater (amusement park) are also on site (2 minutes walk). And finally a dedicated bike lane is just in front of the flat, and leads whether to the city centre or the Danube.
Derzeit wohnen in unserer WG drei Männer (inklusiv mir), was sehr reibungslos verläuft. Du würdest mit Adrian, ein Projektleiter beim Air Liquid, und Gregor, welcher als Freelancer arbeitet für Spezialeffekte in Filme. Beide sind Mega offen und für verschiedene Aktivität zu begeistern wie zum Beispiel Sport oder ein Bier zu Trinken. Wir sind alle berufstätig, weshalb in der WG tagsüber kaum jemand in der Wohnung ist. Die Abenden sind meist unterschiedlich, je nachdem wieviel geraden in der Arbeit los ist, wird sind jedoch keine Party-WG und jeder bekommt den Freiraum und die Ruhe sie/er benötigt.

We currently have three men living in our flat share (including me), and everything is going very smoothly. You would live with Adrian, a project manager at Air Liquid, and Gregor, who works as a freelancer for special effects in movies. Both of them are mega open-minded and into different activities like sports or having a beer. We all work, which is why there is hardly anyone in the flat during the day. The evenings are usually different, depending on how busy work is, but we are not a party flat-sharing community and everyone gets the space and peace they need.
Die WG ist voll ausgestattet und es ist an sich alles das was du benötigst und kannst aber natürlich gerne auch deine Sachen einbringen. Der Mietpreis versteht sich „all inklusive“ (Miete, Strom, Internet, Gas).
Sie können jederzeit einziehen.

Ablöse für Möbel (Alle Zimmer Möbel außer Schreibtisch und Drehstuhl): ca € 500 (nach Vereinbarung)

Es wäre gut, wenn du deine Partyphase größtenteils schon vorbei hast und zumindest schon mit einem Bein im Leben stehst.
Wäre schön, wenn ihr ein bisschen was über euch schreibt und euch beschreibt, um einen ersten Eindruck von euch zu bekommen. Da dieser aber meistens nicht reicht, lade ich euch nach Absprache natürlich noch gerne zu einer Besichtigung und einem Kennenlernen ein.

It would be nice if you write a little bit about yourself and describe yourself to get a first impression of you. Anyway, as this is usually not enough, I would of course be happy to invite you to a viewing and to get to know each other.
