• 6m^2 süße bärenhöhle (+ quasi zweites stockwerk mit bett und beamer)
• 15m^2 (+Hochebene und magischer Pflanzengarten --> FÜR AUGUST UND SEPTEMBER)

halloooo, in august we are renting out a few rooms in our super sweet, queer, loving and communal flat in 1020, right next to the Augarten!!

• 6m^2 cute bear cave (+ sort of second floor with bed and projector)
• 15m^2 (+ plateau and magical plant garten --> FOR AUGUST AND SEPTEMBER)

Die Lage ist super! Direkt am Augarten, 5 Minuten zum Kanal und zur Donauinsel ist es auch nicht weit. Inder Nähe gibt es eine Bäckerei, Apotheke, Penny, Billa, Bipa, ... alles da. Zur 31er Bim sind es 3 Minuten und in 5-10 Minuten ist mensch bei der U2 (Taborstraße) oder U4 (Roßauerlände).

The location is great! Right next to the Augarten, 5 minutes to the canal and the Danube Island isn't far either. Nearby there is a bakery, pharmacy, Penny, Billa, Bipa, ... everything you'll need. It is 3 minutes to the 31 tram and 5-10 minutes to the U2 (Taborstraße) or U4 (Roßauerlände).

Es handelt sich um eine gemeinschaftliche WG; es wird gemeinsam gekocht, geplaudert, gekuschelt... wenn es gewollt wird. Wir teilen grundsätzlich das Essen und haben einen Putzplan, um etwas Chaos zu vermeiden. Offene, ehrliche Kommunikation ist uns wichtig. Wir verstehen uns als diskriminierungsfreier Raum und sind sehr queer-friendly. Achtsamer, bewusster, rücksichtsvoller Umgang miteinander ist uns sehr wichtig. Außerdem gibt es ein funktionales Wohnzimmer, welches gemeinsam genutzt wird und gleichzeitig aber auch das Schlafzimmer von 2 Mitbewohnis ist. Diesen Sommer sind viele vereist, weshalb es womöglich etwas ruhiger sein wird. Es sind wahrscheinlich auch einige Zwischenmieten da für August ! :)) <3

It is a communal flat; we cook together, chat, cuddle... if you want. We always share food and have a cleaning schedule to avoid some chaos. Open, honest communication is important to us. We see ourselves as a non-discriminatory space and are very queer-friendly. Mindful, conscious, considerate interaction with each other is very important for us. There is also a functional living room, which is shared and at the same time is the bedroom of 2 flatmates. Some of us are away this summer, which is why it will probably be a little quieter. It's also very possible that there will be some new roomies - together with you - just for the month of august :)) <3
