Die ganze Wohnung ist frisch renoviert.
Das Zimmer hat ein großes Fenster in einen ruhigen Innenhof mit Baum. Das Zimmer hat genug Platz für ein Doppelbett, einen Schrank und auch einen Schreibtisch wenn man möchte. Es wird unmöbiliert übergeben.
The whole flat is newly renovated.
The window of the room is facing the inner courtyard. The room is big enaugh for a double bed, a wardrobe and a desk. There will be no furniture in the room.
Die UBahnstation Schottenring ist zu Fuß in 3 min erreichbar, dadurch sowohl Anbindung an U4 als auch U2.
Auch die Taborstrasse ist nur ein paar Gehminuten entfernt dort befinden sich der 2er und der 5B. 5A in 2 Gehminuten Entfernung.
Die Wohnung befindet sich gleich neben dem Karmelitermarkt und sehr vielen netten Cafes. Der Donaukanal ist über unsere Straße direkt zu erreichen. Es ist wirklich eine super Lage!
The metrostation Schottenring is within a 3 minutes walking- distance, therefore access to U2 and U4. Taborstraße is very close, you can choose between tramline 2 or bus 5B. The busstop for line 5A is only 2 minutes away.
Around our flat there is the Karmelitermarkt as well as many cute Cafés and restaurants. And nature is around the corner too: the Donaukanal is right there at the end of our street. A truly amazing location!
Hi ich bin die Nóra (She/ her) und ich bin auf der Suche nach einem neuen Mitbewohni. Kurz zu mir: Ich bin 22 Jahre alt, studiere Geschichte und bin nebenbei im Kunstbereich tätig. Ich bin daher und aufgrund von Nebenjobs oder Friends treffen viel unterwegs, würde mir aber dennoch keine Zweck- WG wünschen, wäre schön, wenn wir auch mal gemeinsam kochen oder so :).
Mir ist beim Zusammenleben der gegenseitige Respekt besonders wichtig, außerdem soll das Zuhause ein ruhiger Rückzugsort sein, wo man sich vom Tag gut erholen kann!

Due to that, additional part-time jobs and meeting friends I´m out very much but nevertheless not interested in a purely functional WG. Some time together as cooking together from time to time would be much appreciated :).
What´s very important for me when living together is mutual respect. In addition, our home should be a quiet place to come home to and recharge for the next day!
